Limited Product Warranty

One-year coverage

Craftiva Studio LLC warrants to the original purchaser that a Craftiva product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of delivery when the product is used, installed, and cared for according to its instructions.

Proof of purchase is required. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Craftiva or an authorized seller.

What is not covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Natural differences in wood grain, color, knots, or other expected material characteristics.
• Normal wear, fading, patina, scratches, dents, or changes caused by age and use.
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, unsuitable mounting hardware, modification, or failure to follow care instructions.
• Damage from a dishwasher, soaking, direct flame, a burner, excessive heat, prolonged moisture, harsh cleaners, or outdoor exposure.
• Damage caused by third-party products, shipping after the original delivery, or commercial use.

Making a claim

Email support@craftiva.studio with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the product and the issue. We may request additional information reasonably needed to evaluate the claim.

Do not send the product until we provide instructions. When a claim is covered, Craftiva will pay reasonable shipping costs associated with the approved remedy.

Our remedy

For a valid warranty claim, Craftiva may repair the product, replace it with the same or a reasonably equivalent product, or refund the original purchase price. The chosen remedy will depend on the issue, available inventory, and applicable law.

A replacement product is covered for the longer of the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days after delivery of the replacement.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state. Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
