By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked from this page. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

You must be able to enter into a binding contract and provide accurate order, billing, and delivery information.

Products and natural materials

We work to describe and photograph our products accurately. Wood is a natural material, so color, grain, knots, and other characteristics will vary from piece to piece. Screen settings and lighting can also affect how colors appear. These expected variations are not defects.

Dimensions shown on product pages are rounded to the nearest stated increment and may vary slightly between individual pieces.

Orders and payment

An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order before shipment for reasons such as unavailable inventory, a pricing or description error, suspected fraud, payment problems, or shipping limitations. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled item.

We may update product descriptions, images, prices, or specifications to correct errors or reflect product improvements. If a material error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before shipment and give you the option to continue or cancel for a full refund.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated during checkout. Payments are processed by Square and may also be subject to Square’s terms and privacy notice.

Shipping, returns, and warranty

Our Shipping & Returns Policy explains delivery estimates, free standard shipping to all 50 states, international shipping, return eligibility, and refunds. Our Limited Product Warranty explains coverage for manufacturing defects.

Safe and intended use

Follow all product instructions, warnings, installation directions, compatibility guidance, and care information. Use suitable mounting hardware for the installation surface. Keep products away from conditions or uses identified as unsafe in their instructions.

You are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for your intended use and environment. Stop using any product that appears damaged or unsafe.

Website content and intellectual property

The Craftiva name, logos, product designs, photographs, text, graphics, and other site content belong to Craftiva Studio LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the website for personal, noncommercial shopping and information. You may not copy, modify, sell, scrape, publish, or commercially exploit site content without written permission.

Third-party services

The website may link to or use services operated by third parties, including Square and shipping carriers. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Craftiva does not control third-party websites or services.

Disclaimers and limits

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in our Limited Product Warranty. Craftiva is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or a product.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Craftiva’s total liability for a claim relating to a purchased product will not exceed the amount paid for that product. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

Governing law

California law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by a court with proper jurisdiction in Sacramento County, California, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply after the revised terms are posted and do not alter an order already accepted unless required by law.
